The Country Cooking Company was founded by Stephen Hennessy in 1994, to fill a gap in the Irish market for those who wanted their ready meals to be proper meals. His solution was The Country Cooking Company and the first range of frozen roast dinners available on the Irish market designed to appeal to those who were working late but wanted to have a proper meal when they returned home no matter what time of day.
The Country Cooking Company uses real chefs to make their dinners which gives them their real feeling of a home cooked meal.
